Years of hard work finally came together today, at the ribbon cutting of the Torrington Regional Animal Control Facility.
I was able to secure $1.1M through Community Project Funding to assist in this effort and another $1M was allocated through American Rescue Plan Act funds. A great example of local communities deciding how their tax dollars are spent.
