Widespread damage in Northwest CT after the July 4th storm. Today we toured the area and met with local leaders in Torrington, Harwinton and Salisbury. In an emergency like this, we all come together to brainstorm federal, state and local solutions to keeping people safe and making communities whole again. Not the time for partisan politics, we have so much work to do.
