Waterbury, CT – On Wednesday, March 24th, Congresswoman Jahana Hayes (CT-05) will partner with the Veterans Affairs of Connecticut Healthcare System and the City of Waterbury to offer a community-based COVID-19 vaccine clinic to veterans in the state.

   Key Information for Attendees: 

  • Veterans must be enrolled for care with Veterans Affairs (VA) to receive   the vaccine.
  • Attendees may receive either the Pfizer or Moderna Vaccine.
  • Vaccines are available for enrolled patients of any age.
  • Face masks and physical distancing are required. 
  • To maintain physical distancing, if possible, please do not bring anyone with you to the clinic.
