The more things change, the more they stay the same. Today, I gave the keynote at the CT Teacher of the Year Empowered to Lead Symposium where I reminded teachers to remember their why. These educators are Rooted in Purpose” and are the “Catalyst for Change” While many told me that I filled their cup today- all I can say is that my cup runneth over.
