Amazing morning delivering the welcome at the “Black Men in White Coats” Youth Summit. I was encouraged by the hundreds of young people who believe they can be the next generation of healthcare professionals and are doing the work to embark on that path.
A good reminder of my why. These kids have so much talent, it’s opportunity that feels elusive. I will continue to work at changing that.
